New storage and transhipment facility for sand-lime brick at Verbrugge

De Regt Conveyor Systems has built a storage and transhipment facility for sand-lime bricks at Verbrugge Terminals, Terneuzen (the Netherlands).

The installation includes a bunker with supply and discharge systems. The bunker with a capacity of 700 m3 has a height of 22.5 meters. At the bottom of the bunker a connecting piece (double funnel) is mounted with a Jöst vibrating chute underneath both outlets. The vibrating chutes transport the sand-lime bricks (0-80 mm) with a capacity up to 120 tons / hour.

Thanks to the adjustable electromagnetic vibrators, the outflow is infinitely variable. The installations with closed housing are equipped with exchangeable wear plates.
