Conveyor systems specifically for fertilizers

Two conveyor systems developed and produced for a client in the storage and transhipment of fertilizer.

De Regt Conveyor Systems has produced two custom conveyor belts for a client in the fertilizer industry.

For the fertilizer industry we have built 2 machines with a capacity of approx. 250 T/h.

The conveyor belts are completely made out of stainless steel 304. The choice of these materials ensures the customer of a durable and low-maintenance machine. The framework is constructed from a tubular profile to prevent product accumulation, which is carried out as such in consultation with the customer.

One conveyor is additionally equipped with a funnel, as can be seen in the pictures.
