De Regt Conveyor Systems delivers a new installation for Declercq Stortbeton. 

For our client Declercq Stortbeton in Waregem, we recently developed and built a new transport installation for pouring sand and gravel.

This project was fully developed, configured and assembled on site by us.

This transport installation consists of a conveyor belt and bunker. The product can be fed into the collapse bunker, which has a size of 4500 mm * 4500 mm, using a harbour crane or conveyor belt from a self-unloading vessel.

The conveyor belt has a length of 35 metres and a belt rubber of 1400 mm wide. This provides a capacity of 1500 tonnes/h at constant feed. The bunker is made of 8mm steel plate with edge reinforcements and the bottom of the bunker is fitted with hardox 400 wear plates and a metering slide.

The plant is fully swivelling. It stands at the tail end on a slewing ring, and is fitted with wheels in the centre driven by a hydraulic motor.
