Mobile telescopic conveyor belt of 30 metres.

For Van Trier Transportbanden  (The Netherlands) we recently developed and realised a mobile telescopic conveyor belt with a length of 30,000 mm and a belt width of 1,400 mm.

This mobile conveyor belt has a capacity of 1,000 t/h at a bulk density of 1.00.

The conveyor is built on a steel base, the wheels of which are driven by 2 hydraulic wheel motors and are fitted with pneumatic tyres. 

The height adjustement of the belt frame is done by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders next to the frame.

The installation is also equipped with a funnel which is provided at the inlet side. And plastic protective grids on the side of the construction, for safety reasons.
